I’ve been there – trying countless diets, over exercising, body dysmorphia that sends you down a spiral on the internet to try and make instant changes. I tried everything to be healthy and heal my body. But what I thought was healthy, really wasn’t. So, I decided to spend $50,000 on a Masters Program and maybe that would fix things. Right?!
Well, you know what it did? It helped me learn to love myself and the nutrients that food provides my body. That there is more to life that calorie counting. It taught me, yes, biochemistry and organic acids and vitamins and minerals and the Krebs cycle – but also how our food and environment influence our day to day function, how nutrients are the key source to health, how sleep, stress, and movement impact our lives.
